House rules ensure a comfortable stay because previous guests have followed the rules. They also ensure that we always want to create a clean and wonderful experience for you with fun and motivation.
According to §§ 23 and 24 of the Registration Act (MG), we have to show a registration form for every guest who stays with us. By booking, you therefore agree that you will fill out our registration form when checking in online. With your booking, you undertake to comply with the applicable corona protection measures.
List of Fees: Pets are not allowed. If you still bring a pet, we charge EUR 10 per day. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. Should you still smoke, we charge EUR 200 in additional cleaning costs. Street shoes are not allowed in the property. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of EUR 50 for a heavily soiled apartment. Check out after 11 a.m.: if you leave the apartment after the agreed check-out time, we will charge you an additional fee of 50 EUR. If you are still in the apartment after 2 hours, you will be charged for an additional night. The maximum occupancy of this property is 7 people. Each additional person pays EUR 49 per night.
